URGENT UPDATE: Betsafe affiliates closure

Dear affiliate,

Betsafe affiliates is closing down in the near future and all affiliate related business for betsafe will be carried out via Affiliate Lounge. This is an important process which will improve our current way of doing business with you.

It is very important that you replace all your existing netreffer powered links with those powered by affiliate lounge as soon as possible. The deadline for this to occur is the 29th of February

You are able to use your existing betsafe affiliates username and password to log into Affiliate Lounge. You will be required to agree to Affiliate Lounge terms and conditions upon your first log in

  Will I have to register on Affiliate Lounge?
No, you will be able to log into Affiliate Lounge using the same username and password as on betsafe affiliates. On your first log in, you will be requested to agree to the Affiliate Lounge terms and conditions. If you already have an account in affiliate lounge with the same username, your new username will be the same with ‘_bs’ at the back. For example, if your username on betsafe affiliates is ‘affiliate1’ and this already exists on affiliate lounge, your new username will be ‘affiliate1_bs’.

What data will be replicated to Affiliate Lounge?
Your account details haev already been migrated to Affiliate Lounge including your preferred method of payment. No player data will be replicated at this point and you will still be able to log into betsafe affiliates. However you should start using your Affiliate Lounge account to promote betsafe as betsafe affiliates will be phased out over the coming months.

Will I still be able to log into betsafe affiliates?
Yes, you will be able to log into betsafe affiliates and tracking will continue to function.

Will my commission plan change?
No, you will remain on the same commission plan as before. Your commission plan on betsafe affiliates will not change and you will continue to earn commission via the payment you selected when you first registered. Affiliate Lounge also carries the same commission plan for Betsafe. Commissions earned via Affiliate Lounge will also be paid via that same method and the two commission plans will be calculated separately.

Who will be my account manager?
You will have the same account manager as before. If you do not know who your manager is, kindly contact support@affiliatelounge.com.

Will there be marketing media?
All the top converting banners currently available on betsafe affiliates is available in Affiliate Lounge. Direct links to various betsafe pages and text links will also be available. Old outdated banners have been removed or replaced. This will give you a much more up to date and tidier media gallery. The existing betsafe affiliate media gallery will not be updated with the latest media and you should endeavour to promote Betsafe via Affiliate Lounge.

Will my trackers change?
Your existing netrefer powered links will continue to work and data for new players acquired via those links will continue to be reported in betsafe affiliates. However, you should endeavour to change these links and replace banners to those powered by affiliate lounge as soon as possible. Betsafe affiliates will be phased out in the coming months so use this time as an opportunity to switch your links to those provided in Affiliate Lounge. Netreffer powered links will cease to function in the near future and we will inform you well in advance before this happens.
