The VAT Procedure for a Maltese registered companies only is as follows:
a) Submit a copy of the Malta VAT Registration Documents
b) Submit a copy of the Articles of Incorporation for the partner company
The above documents only need to be sent once and should be emailed to affiliateinvoices@nordicgaming.com
At the end of each month you will need to send a monthly invoice to affiliateinvoices@nordicgaming.com showing the value of Commission and the VAT due for the that period, the VAT only will be paid monthly in arrears to ensure that your main commission payment is still made as fast as possible.
Within the invoice you must include the following information:
Date Date of Invoice issued
Description Affiliate Commission and Month of Service
VAT No of Affiliate
Affiliate Username and Affiliate Id
